How the files are generated?
	The ranks were generated by the method described in the paper "Drug repositioning for glioblastoma based on molecular subtypes." For the whole GBM, the input set of genes are 102 GBM associated genes obtained from previous studies (Brennan, et al. 2013, Verhaak, et al. 2010). For each subtype of GBM, the input set of genes are obtained from the GBM mocular classifcation study (Verhaak, et al. 2010). For the drug-target data (see descriptions for the method), we chose to use all drug-target links with their confidence scores in STITCH. 

	The list of GBM drugs in clinical trials was manually generated through searching for literature evidence.
