26,264 drug-SE pairs for targeted cancer drugs that were extracted from JCO full-text articles

2. SVM_text_classifier_training  
This directory contains training and testing data for the SVM-based
text classifier training and testing.

3. goldstandard
This directory contains 100 randomly selected SE-positive articles with
drug and SE terms tagged and correponding drug-SE pairs manually extracted from each of these
articles.
For example,  the file "2013-07-24_00-21-14_tagged.html" is automatically tagged
JCO article. The file "2013-07-24_00-21-14_pairs.counter_done"
contains the manaually extracted drug-SE pairs.
